New Nova Premia CTP systems with integrated pallet loaders | Damen Drukkers
‘Our capacity has increased by more than 40% in our new CTP department, says Maurice Damen, managing director of Damen Drukkers at Werkendam, Netherlands. ‘We have chosen to renew everything. We have replaced the existing exposure units with new ones. We have installed three fully automatic Nova Premia CTP systems with integrated pallet loaders with three new plate processors behind them. We have also invested in a fully automated system for transporting offset plates. The plates are now sorted and deposited per printing press. No human hands are involved in this anymore. We can process 135 offset plates in the 70x100 format per hour.’
