One of AtéCé Graphic Products’ most important activities is manufacturing rubber blankets produced by virtually all of the top brands, such as Phoenix, Fujikura, ContiTech, Perfect Dot, Duco and PrintCare. Our rubber blankets are produced as an exact match for the application in your company. We guarantee consistently high quality with the best possible dot definition. Our rubber blankets are produced in accordance with the ‘true rolling’ principle, which ensures precision rolling that minimises web-tension problems in offset printing and virtually eliminates web breaks, which is a major advantage. The thickness of our rubber blankets is measured in accordance with the DIN standard (ISO 12636). Our head office in Uitgeest has one of the most modern cutting facilities in Europe. Cutting around 80,000 m2 per year, AtéCé has approximately a fifty percent market share in Benelux.

AtéCé is recognised as a leading specialist supplier of all sorts of rubber blankets and stripping plates in all shapes and sizes. Our facilities for cutting and framing are of a particularly high standard. They have to be, as graphic production process places ever-increasing demands on suppliers, partly as a result of new technologies, such as sleeve and minigap. AtéCé also has various barring machines. We can add a self-adhesive layer to rubber blankets if required. And we are more than happy to advise on and supervise the use of our blankets on the press.
