CPF to offer alternative to finishing at Total Print! Expo
Miniature finishing company Clinical Print Finishers (CPF) has said it will be offering a touch-screen version of its Clini-Counter device at this year's Total Print! Expo.
The company is best known for its miniature finishing services, but claims it has sold more than 350 units of the counting machine in nine different countries since it began marketing the machine at IPEX 2006.
At Total Print Expo, which takes place on 14-16 October at Earls Court 2, the company plans to showcase the next-generation Clini-Counter TS, with a touchscreen.
Jamie Court, Clini-Counter co-creator and managing director at CPF, said: "The counter has proved a huge success since the launch and has attracted many new customers across many print and packaging areas. We have managed to make the counter more user-friendly with a larger display for operator ease of use."
The updated Clini-Counter TS is fully compatible with the original Clini-Counter and with Danelec accessories and counters.
According to Court, Clinical has already received seven pre-release orders for the TS version.
He added that the new technology would be offered to the customer at the same price as the original counters.
